Safety & Quality Standards To maintain the highest quality and safety standards for our community, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened and still in their original heat-shrunk seal. Due to the handcrafted nature of slime, once a container has been opened or the seal is tampered with, we cannot accept a return or offer a refund for safety reasons.

Once verified, we will ship out a fresh replacement immediately at no cost to you.
